Thank you for choosing to undergo your treatment at Balance Wellness

The health and wellbeing of our clients is at the heart of all we do. Our priority is providing you, as our client, with the highest quality personalized treatment.

These terms should be read along with our Patient Charter, Privacy Policy, and aim to give you a guide to the process you are about to undertake to allow you to undergo your treatment with peace of mind. Please read these terms and conditions carefully and take the opportunity to ask questions of our team at this stage.

  • A minimum of 24 hours' notice is required to avoid a late fee, which is necessary to be fair to other customers waiting for open slots. If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment or cancel at the last minute, you will be charged the full price of the session.

    Only in the case of a medical emergency, hospitalization, or other circumstance directly related to the spread of the Covid, this policy be waived. Clients who are more than 15 minutes late to their scheduled appointment will be automatically canceled and charged for the missed appointment. We are happy to reschedule you at no additional cost if there is an available time slot on the same day.

  • When Black Rain Signal, Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above is hoisted : The center will be closed until the signal is lowered. The center will reopen in 2 hours from the removal of signal No. 8.

    When Black Rain Signal, Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above is hoisted during office hours : Patients-in-waiting will be attended as scheduled. All other patients will be individually informed to reschedule their appointment at once.

    When Amber Rain Signal, Red Rain Signal, Typhoon Signal No. 1 or Typhoon Signal No. 3 is hoisted : The center will be open as usual.

  • Some of our treatments are reimbursed by medical insurance, however Balance Wellness is not affiliated with any local or foreign insurance providers. Please check with your insurance broker to see if you are reimbursed.

    Booking an appointment does not require a referral from a GP or medical professional, however certain insurance companies may require one before you see a practitioner. If there is a claim form that needs to be completed, please have it ready and bring it to your initial consultation.

  • Our studio is fitted with CCTV cameras which is for security and training purposes only. Data captured on these cameras is used strictly for security and training purposes only. Access to this footage is restricted to our management team only.
